This colt by Calyx has the pedigree to match his good looks. His sire has had a great start to his career as a stallion, having sired eleven individual winners in his first crop so far. These include the talented Persian Dream who was an impressive winner of the Group 2 Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes at Newmarket. Calyx himself was an unbeaten, Royal Ascot Group 2 winning two-year-old and brilliant sprinter at three. This colt comes from an excellent family on his dam side. His 2^nd Dam, Catch The Blues, was a Group 3 winner herself and has produced a page full of black type, including Dream The Blues, dam of Sioux Nation. His dam, Bean Uasal, has produced four winners from six runners, two of which were rated over 90. This colt certainly won’t be short of speed.
