Winning Ways From Danehill Dancer Fillies

After a period with very few runners since Royal Ascot things have really started to hot up again. Yesterday we celebrated our 15th winner of the season which means that after just half the season we have already surpassed our total winners tally for the whole of last year.

Mia Tesoro made it two wins from two starts for the stable at Doncaster on Thursday evening, it has been an absolute pleasure to train for Mr Pearson and I’m delighted that this beautifully bred filly has shown so much improvement. It was in fact the second part of a double as ZAIN ARION won at Yarmouth the day before and with both fillies being by DANEHILL DANCER it made for an interesting double.

ZAIN ARION seems to be a rapidly improving filly and having been unlucky at Lingfield last time out, she duly delivered the goods on just her second start on handicaps. I don’t expect that to be the last time she enters the winner’s enclosure.

One more source of encouragement was another eye catching effort from ENDLESS ACRES as he flew down the outside at Lingfield to finish second in his third start in maiden company. He is now due to get handicap mark and has marked himself down as being a stayer with huge potential, exciting times for the Saffron House Stables Partnership.
